WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?
Online Coaching is one of the easiest way to work with coaches rather than meeting face to face. It provides nutrition plan with training plan (optional) suited to your goals through online such as email and WhatsApp. I have had plenty of clients that have came to me to help them to lose weight, gain muscle mass, to clean up their daily diet etc. I have worked with vegetarians, coeliac, low iron. I love online coaching work as it excites me to see my clients reaching their goal by doing all the hard work that I provide them.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once contacted through Email/ Instagram, you will receive a questionnaire form to fill out in order for me to understand what food you like, dislike, allergies etc. You will then receive the package that you have chosen within few days. You will also receive a 'Welcome' attachment which will help answer your questions such as zero calorie fizzy drinks, seasonings, daily water intake etc.
